About Reggie
As CEO of Tax Concepts and Consulting LLC, Reggie brings over three decades of experience in accounting, taxes, and auditing to serve the Chesapeake community. A Norfolk State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, he combines professional expertise with personalized service.
Reggie specializes in tax strategies, planning, compliance, and business formations for various industries including churches, construction companies, real estate firms, mental health organizations, and personal service businesses like salons and barber shops.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Reggie serves on the board of directors for the Virginia Uplift Foundation and is an active member of Omega Psi Phi fraternity, where he serves as Keeper of Finance for the Gamma Xi chapter and sits on the audit committee for the 3rd district.
